Given that I walk very quickly, and become more distressed when people impede my progress, taking a walk probably isn't a good idea for me.

hm... you should try walking slower =3 but, i think the best way to prevent stress-induced bellyfat is to try to prevent stress, which i do by getting myself hooked on some new fiction or a nice yaoi manga XD always a good distraction! (although i dont recommend reading stuff like that at work ^^;; how bout listening to some nice, calming music instead =3)

i can't help walking slowly cos i have really short legs (being only... -twitch- 5'1 -twitch-...ow that pained to say ;_; i hate being short...) well, actually, i walk faster than a lot of my friends who are taller than me... i guess they have snail-pace syndrome x_x

well, yuri isnt exactly my cup of tea, but if it works for you...! XD

hahaha i like fluffy stuff, but my best friend likes angst more, so she got me to read heck loads of angsty fanfiction. would you like one? it's HP, but it's SO well written... okay it's very fluffy eventually, but it... i cant say much more without giving away the ending, but... ahh!!! well, lemme know if you'd like to give it a try! =D
